What are scalable service options

CrediTrak™ is software and services through the Research Credit Group, Inc. ("RCG"). We teach you how to use the software and you choose the level of service required by your CPA firm. The levels of services are Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

The CrediTrak™ professionals are available to help you gather qualified expenses, write technical narratives regarding qualified R&D projects, or review and maximize your credit calculations depending on the service level chosen.

Our professionals are available to assist your firm as much or as little as you choose. The CrediTrak™ fees vary depending on the amount of assistance you need from the CrediTrak™ professionals. Our service options are so flexible that your company can choose different levels of service from one client to another.

CrediTrak™ Service Options:

Silver Service - Basic Study

Allows for individual corporate branding by accessing CrediTrak™ Software through the CPA firm's website.
Access to CrediTrak™ Software to manage all functions of a R&D Tax Credit Study, including estimating potential R&D Tax Credits and recording all the relevant documentation needed to support a valid claim for a R&D Tax Credit.
A technical review conducted by the RCG to verify that the CPA firm has included all elements of the R&D Tax Credit Study.
Archival of all License Customer Information for future, recurring studies on secure SAS Type II Certified web servers.

Gold Service - Basic Study + Technical Writing Adder.

The Silver Service is a prerequisite for the Gold Service. The Gold Service is a technical writing service consisting of:

A detailed review of all CPA firm R&D client information and any follow up teleconference interviews that may be needed to obtain any additional R&D client information.
The writing of all study narratives accompanying the filings for R&D Tax Credits.

Platinum Service - Basic + Technical Writing Adder + Audit Defense Adder.

The Silver and Gold Services are prerequisites for the Platinum Service. The Platinum Service is an audit defense service consisting of:

A detailed review of all CPA firm R&D client information provided by client and any follow up teleconference interviews that may be needed to obtain additional client information.
A R&D Tax Credit maximization analysis to identify commonly overlooked activities or expenses.
Full audit defense support for any claims filed with the IRS or state tax agency.
