How will CrediTrak™ Help Our CPA Firm

CrediTrak™ helps CPA firms cut through the data gathering, project qualification, documentation, and credit calculation process. CrediTrak's™ single platform enables CPA's to cost effectively document and maximize their client's R&D tax credit claims. Additionally, CrediTrak™ allows CPA's to significantly reduce, or even eliminate the need for intensive person to person investigations. Our Survey Management section allows you to build and assign online surveys for wages, supplies, contract research expenses, and even contemporaneously document qualified project expenses.

CrediTrak's™ Project Interview Surveys are designed to efficiently gather the appropriate technical information from personnel involved in the R&D process. You can choose either one of CrediTrak's established questionnaire templates, or build your own questionnaire template specific to your client's needs. Once a survey is assigned, the CrediTrak™ Automated Survey Management System takes over. The assigned company personnel will receive email notification requesting their participation in the survey process, and will continue to receive reminder notifications to update the surveys until the project is complete. With CrediTrak™ Project Expense Based Tracking Method, CPA firms can easily automate the process of tracking R&D expenditures for their clients.

With CrediTrak™, the CPA is the quarterback of the R&D credit documentation and calculation process. However, at any time during the R&D study, you can check on the status of a qualified project survey by simply viewing its percentage of completion, or you can review the responses from the interviewees and make requests for additional explanation of the activity or project.
